After much consideration, we have made the final decision to withdraw Bifrost from the breeding program. Bisia has never had puppies and never will. We gave her time to mature, thinking she simply needed a little more time, but unfortunately, time is not an issue.

She is one of our most anatomically correct female dogs—with a beautiful, harmonious silhouette, excellent movement, a very attractive head, and a perfect coat. Her pigment, fur structure, and exceptionally light coloring have always been her greatest strengths.

Bisia also enjoys excellent health, confirmed by perfect joint examination results, and she has repeatedly proven her class in the show ring: she is Polish Junior Champion, Polish Junior Winner 2023, and won Best of Breed at her last show.

At the same time, temperament is just as important a selection factor as anatomy or health. Unfortunately, Bisia doesn't meet our criteria in this area—she is a fearful and reactive female. We want the White Swiss Shepherd to develop into well-balanced, confident, and emotionally stable dogs. We can't say with full certainty that the next generation will be like this.
Even the best dogs can pass on traits to their offspring that we don't want to perpetuate. Temperament is largely inherited, although the mechanism is still not fully understood—so in this particular situation, we can't take the risk. (...)
